Introduction to Ordinary Differential Equations with Mathematica  This is an integrated multimedia approach by Alfred Gray, Michael Mezzino, and Mark Pinsky that uses Mathematica and Quicktime.
Stripf's Homepage  Matthias Stripf has a very nice first order ODE solver which includes the Euler Method, Improved Euler Method, and a Runge Kutta Method.  After you get to his homepage, click Engineering on the left and then click Runge Kutta Demo Applet.  To use the applet you must download the Java(TM) Plug-in 1.3 (you can do it from his site).

JOde  is a Java Applet for Studying Ordinary Differential Equations.
Project Links  These learning modules from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) are awesome and include applications of differential equations.
Drag Forces on Solid Objects  This learning module from RPI includes an analysis of skydiving and has a cute skydiver animation as well as other instructional animations and short videos.
